Document formats

This resource contains links to readings and activities which are saved as Microsoft® Word documents (.doc) and/or PDF files (.pdf). You can download these files to your computer by clicking the link. If you have problems opening the file, you should right-click the mouse (press CTRL and click on a Macintosh) and select 'save target as...' or 'save link as...'. You should then choose a location on your computer to save the file.

Browser plug-ins

You will need the following plug-ins installed on your computer:

Adobe® Reader 6 or higher (This is required to open PDF documents)
Adobe® Flash Player 8 or higher (This is required to open or play the audio interviews and Flash activities.

For CD-ROM:

To install any of these plug-ins go to the folder on this CD-ROM called "installers" and run the required plug-ins.

For Web:

Get the latest plug-ins: Flash or Adobe Reader

If Internet access is unavailable, the teacher or supervisor may substitute alternative resources and activities as appropriate.
